[FEATURE] Multiple tabs

Allow multiple tabs to open another index. Main use case, accesing https://devdocs.baznga.org/offline without tweaking the code. They're several docsets there not available in the main devdocs.io site.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
